These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Xiaoyu Zhang ("After 7") governing your use of the After 7 app and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using After 7, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement to use After 7. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. After 7 is an adults-only service.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number and device secure. Provide accurate information, and do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity or age. One person, one account.
By providing your mobile number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive one-time verification and essential account-security text messages from After 7. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out may prevent phone-number sign-in. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing a paid membership.
After 7 has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree you will NOT post, send, or share content that is: sexual content involving minors or that sexualizes minors in any way; harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying; nudity or sexually explicit content in public profile media; violence, self-harm promotion, or illegal activity; spam, scams, solicitation, or fraud; impersonation; or content that violates others' rights.
By using After 7 you agree there is no tolerance for such content or behavior. We remove violating content and terminate violating accounts, and we may report illegal content (including child sexual abuse material) to law enforcement and NCMEC as required by law.
You can report content or users and block anyone from the profile, chat, and Safety Center at any time. We review reports and act on violations, aiming to remove objectionable content and to act on reports of abusive users within 24 hours, which may include content removal and account suspension or termination. We may use automated and human review.
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant After 7 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
Your safety matters. After 7 facilitates introductions but does not conduct criminal background checks and is not responsible for the conduct of any user. Meet in public, tell someone your plans, keep your exact location private, and use the in-app Safety Center. You interact with others at your own risk.
After 7 offers optional paid memberships (e.g., After+ and After Black). Prices and features are shown before purchase. Where purchases are made through a platform (Apple or Google) or an external payment page, the applicable platform or processor terms and refund policies also apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled per the applicable store or processor's instructions.
Do not misuse the Service: no scraping or automated data collection, no reverse engineering, no interfering with security, no using the Service for any unlawful purpose, and no commercial solicitation of other users.
You can stop using After 7 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, After 7 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
